✨ SALES POLICY ✨

 Please read before inquiring about any of our available bunnies. 

  🌻 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold one of our bunnies. We will not hold a bunny without a deposit. Babies are reserved on a first come first serve basis, unless your on the waitlist. If something happens to your bunny while in my care, you may pick another bunny. If you placed a deposit and change your mind, your deposit will not be refunded. We do not allow switching once deposit is received. If you don't answer messages or don't show up when your bunny is ready for pickup, the bunny will be offered to someone else, no refunds given. If you cannot pick your bunny up on scheduled pick up day, We will hold your rabbit for one week IF balance is paid in full and other plans have been made. 

• Deposits are taken when babies reach 4 to 5 weeks old (sometimes longer).

•We will always have first choice on which babies we may be retaining for our rabbitry. Babies will be posted once we have made our decisions. 

• Gender and color mistakes do happen. We do not refund for incorrect genders or colors (including eye color). Rabbits are sold healthy to best of my knowledge, if your rabbit is acting sick please message me and I will do my best to help. 

• Please bring a proper carrier to bring your baby home in. Bunnies must be picked up within one week of ready date, or it will be put back up as available (deposit will not be refunded). 

• We do not guarantee breeding/show results. If you are looking for a show quality rabbit please let me know and I can do my best to choose one that will best meet the standards. 

• If for some reason you cannot keep your bunny we will gladly take it back. No refunds will be given. We are not responsible for any vet care your rabbit may have needed during its lifetime. 

• We are a closed rabbitry & do NOT allow visitors. This helps prevent spread of diseases to our Rabbitry.

• We accept cash, FB pay, paypal, cash app and Venmo (buyer is responsible for any fees that may apply)

•We are located in Princeton Maine, we do occasionally travel to Bangor or south china ME areas for pickups 🌲 SALES POLICY ON OUR RABBITS

• WAITLISTERS GET FIRST DIBS! If you are not on the waitlist, you will have to wait until bunnies are posted to claim one. We get first pick for keepers (bunnies that we choose to grow out & stay here for breeding). 

• All sales are final. There are no refunds. However if you have paid a reservation on a bunny and it passes away in our care you may pick another rabbit if available or wait for another litter. Otherwise the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

• MUST be 18 years or older to purchase a bunny.

• Once a rabbit leaves our property, we are no longer held responsible for their care.

• Please do your research and be prepared for taking on the responsibilities of a bunny. It’s always a good idea to follow other bunny accounts on Instagram, read books, and do online research for how to properly care for them. Also, check out our Rabbit Care Tips page to learn about bunny behaviors, diets, and tips and tricks for keeping them in your home!

🐰 Our Bunnies will range between $100-175 and is based on type, color of the bun! Please wait until they are individually posted on our facebook page to see how much a specific bun is.

• You cannot switch to a different bunny once you have reserved one. You cannot save your reservation for a different rabbit. Be sure the bunny you choose is the one you are committed to!
